An inspection system brings cameras, lighting, motion and an operator together. Its external design needs to make the working area understandable while respecting the technical layout. KiTech works with inspection-equipment teams on product form, enclosures and visual clarity.

We begin with the sequence of loading, inspection, unloading and maintenance. Together with your engineers, we identify where the operator needs visibility and access, which zones must remain clear and which components determine the enclosure volume. Optical performance and inspection accuracy remain with the specialist engineering team.
A coherent enclosure with distinct working areas
Panel divisions, windows, access doors and the operator station should read as parts of one machine. We develop alternative compositions and review how each relates to the inspection zone, equipment footprint and existing company identity. Colour and surface transitions can distinguish functional areas without adding unnecessary visual complexity.
Define the design scope before detailing
The starting material can be an existing mechanical model, prototype photographs or a proposed system layout. The agreed scope may include concept alternatives, exterior surfaces, panel layout and design reviews with your team. Detailed engineering, safety validation and production responsibilities are assigned explicitly rather than assumed.

Before we start
Can the optical layout remain unchanged?
Yes. We define fixed optical and mechanical interfaces before developing the exterior. Any proposed change that affects them is reviewed with your engineers.
Do you develop the inspection algorithms or optics?
The service here is industrial design. Camera selection, optics, algorithms, calibration and inspection validation are responsibilities of the relevant technical specialists.
What should an initial enquiry include?
Describe the inspected part, the operator’s role, the development stage and the available mechanical layout. Highlight the access or product-identity problem you want to solve.
