- Separate everyday operator access from opening the enclosure for assembly, cleaning or service.
- Establish fixed dimensions and interfaces, then identify freedom to change proportions, panel divisions and finishes.

Bring doors, windows, connections and operator stations into a coherent composition. Review opening positions and access clearances with the engineering team.
Materials and finishes
Consider materials, colour and texture against intended use and manufacturing methods. Develop joining and production details within the scope agreed with your team and suppliers.
From concept to design detailing
- Start with a model or documentation of the assemblies, access requirements and existing constraints.
- Review alternatives for enclosure form and panel layout, then select a direction with your development team.
- Develop the selected direction into detailed surfaces and enclosure parts. Agree the scope of models, drawings and checks for each project.
Work directly with Kiril Gitman, an industrial designer and mechanical engineer. Cooling, electromagnetic compatibility, ingress protection and safety requirements must be coordinated with the relevant engineers; validation and compliance require defined responsibilities and appropriate testing.

Before starting an enclosure project
Do the mechanics need to change?
Not necessarily. We can begin with the existing structure and establish the available design freedom. Any proposal that moves a component or changes an interface is reviewed with your engineering team.
Is this an enclosure manufacturing service?
The service focuses on enclosure design and development. Supplier selection, detailed mechanical work, prototyping and manufacturing are scoped separately to suit the project.
What should we share for an initial review?
A short system description, development stage, overall dimensions and the challenge with the existing or proposed enclosure. Models or photographs can follow under your confidentiality arrangements.
